Refund policy

At Velunari, every item is made to order specifically for you.

Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Print Defects & Damaged Items
If your item arrives with a print defect, significant colour error, or physical damage, we will replace it at no cost to you. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@velunari.ca with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

Sizing Issues
Because each item is printed on demand, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues. We strongly recommend consulting the size guide before ordering. When in doubt, size up for an oversized fit.

Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. All sales are final.

Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us and we will investigate and reship if necessary.
